Insurance Coverage for Doctors of Naprapathy (DN)

Most insurers in Quebec and some other Canadian provinces reimburse clients for naturopathy & naturotherapy. Naprapathy (also knows as naprapathic medicine) falls under naturotherapy services in Canada. Doctor of Naprapathy (DN) graduates of the National University of Medical Sciences (USA & Spain) can now join the Quebec based Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA) as a naprapath. Membership in ACMA association offers NUMSS DN graduates the right to bill extended health plan insurers as ACMA is an approved EHP association.
