We wish to welcome Professor Diana Lucía Buitrago Torres, BSc, MSc, who has recently joined our university administration team.
Diana has extensive experience in administration as well as teaching evolutionary biology at Universidad del Quindío. She has studied at the Universidad de Caldas and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. She was also the 2021 recipient of Young Scholarship award at Universidad de Valencia.
She will be in charge of the administrative work needed for creating the new health degree programs for Seville University of Health and Medicine and updating the current ones at National University of Medical Sciences – Spain.
