Graduates of NUMSS (USA) doctoral programs in osteopathic manual practice, naprapathy & botanical medicine who wish to practice in the United States can join the American Alternative Medical Association (AAMA) as a member which would permit them to buy $1M malpractice insurance for annual fee of $138.
